Preparation
The
sparkling mineral water and a good extra virgin
olive oil is the secret that makes this particularly
light and delicious fry.
Procedure:
in a bowl mix the flour with sparkling mineral
water and egg until mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Soak the sage leaves and then let them fry in
hot oil.
As soon as the leaves are golden brown, remove
them, lay them on paper towels to drain and serve
immediately.
